Terms of Sale & Refund Policy
These terms apply when you download a Plainbyte Lab app or buy a Pro license or bundle from Kusuma Putra ("we", "us"). Use of each app is also covered by the End User License Agreement shown during installation.
1. The products
Plainbyte Lab apps are desktop applications for working with files in bulk. Each app has a free version with limits (for example a number of files per batch). A Pro license unlocks all features of one app; a bundle license unlocks every app it lists.
2. Your license
- A license is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
- One license is for one person, who may activate it on up to 3 computers they own or use. A bundle key counts each computer once, however many of its apps you use there.
- A license may be used for personal and commercial work.
- You may not share, resell or publish your license key, or try to bypass the license check.
- Your license includes all updates within the app's major version (for example 1.x). A future major version may be sold separately, and your current version keeps working.
3. Payment and delivery
Payments are processed by Gumroad, Inc., which acts as the reseller and may add sales tax or VAT where required. Your license key is emailed immediately after purchase. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or contact us.
4. Refunds
Try the free version first to make sure an app fits your needs. If you're not satisfied, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order email and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. Refunds are returned through Gumroad to your original payment method. After a refund, the license key is deactivated and the app returns to the free version.
5. Moving to a new computer
If you reach the 3-computer limit because you replaced a computer, contact us and we'll reset your activations.
6. Support
We provide support by email at [email protected] and aim to reply within 2 business days.
7. No warranty
The apps are provided "as is". They change files on your disk. We work hard to make them safe (previews, confirmations, undo where possible), but we can't guarantee they are error-free. Keep backups of important files.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of the apps. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
